Established in 2007 The Glo was developed using the model that two brothers from Detroit Michigan – Dale and Larry Huggins – implemented in 1970 to streamline the traditional full service car wash process which they used for the previous two decades. With the progressing technologies and debuting of improved automated equipment, Dale and Larry witnessed an opportunity to change the way they washed cars. With this came the creation of Gas’n’Glo, the first Glo car wash which utilized the latest in technology, engineering and chemistry.

Today, The Glo is a state-of-the-art, fully-automated car wash featuring FREE vacuums and the latest in American and German automatic wash engineering. SofTecs closed cell foam friction and the Glo’s unique, three-stage chemistry featuring Citra-Glo combine to ensure a vehicle not only appears to be clean, it has a Glo.
